Group meeting and discussions at Mataji temple The limited availability of fodder, and degradation of the village commons, led the community to approach Seva Mandir requesting support to address these concerns. Seva Mandir organized regular meetings with the community, following which it was agreed that the village would regenerate and manage over 150 hectares of village commons at three different sites. All the villagers, particularly women, were actively involved during discussions regarding the development of the village commons. |
